Rev Louis van Blommestein -4 January 2012.  He became very frail and ill and had recently been hospitalized. Louis was a retired minister living within the bounds of the Presbytery of eGoli.

RevProf Calvin Cook - 23 December 2011. He was a long time professor of Church History at Rhodes University and also a former Moderator in the denomination. All praise to God for the life of this venerable saint who mentored hundreds of young (and not so young) ministers throughout his life.

Rev Kingsley Dale - 15 October 2011 Passed away after a brave battle against cancer. He is hearing our Lord say "Well done good and faithful servant!" We will miss him and our condolences to and prayers for his familiy.

Rev Francis Moletsane - 31 May 2011. He was a retired minister living within the bounds of the Lekoa Presbytery.  He was in frail health and had been ill for a long time and lost his wife a little more than a month ago.

Rev Edwin Pons  - 18 April 2011 . He was an aged and retired minister residing within the bounds of the Presbytery of Central Cape. Survived by his wife Doreen Pons

Rev Dr Moshe Rajuili - 5 March 2011 Minister of St Giles in the Presbytery of Egoli. Moshe was knocked down and died on Saturday morning by a minibux taxi while crossing the road in Pietermaritzburg.

Rev Les Dawson - 11 February 2011 aged 90

Rev Brian Woods - 9 Nov 2010 Minister Emeritus and Moderator of the General Assembly of the former PCSA in 1980, Brian Woods died in Port Alfred, aged 84. Brian was a great minister of the Church and in his retirement he and his late wife, Ruth and son, Billy, moved to Bathurst near Port Alfred in the Presbytery of Central Cape. Ruth died very recently and Brian had been deteriorating in recent months.

Rev Patrick Montgomery - 7 Sept 2010  was residing within the Presbytery of Thekwini.

Elder Professor Alastair Kerr - 30 Sept 2010
The Manual of Faith and Order of the UPCSA will stand as a monument to his work.  He served on the Manual committee of the former PCSA since 1974 and in the UPCSA since Union.  He was Presbytery Clerk in the former PCSA for 10 years before union. He was a member of the Committee negotiating union and worked tirelessly in creating the Court of Assembly system. He was an elder of Trinity, Grahamstown for more than 50 years.

Rev James Naidoo - 11th July 2010  had been ill and very frail for a long time.

Rev Ephraim Makgae - 24 March 2010 was 88 years old but in very good health died after suffering a stroke. Living within the bounds of the Presbytery of Limpopo.
