NOTE change toFinancial year end. At an earlier decision of the General Assembly the year end for all Congregations, Presbyteries and Central Office was changed to June 2013.
However, from the Supplementary Report to General Assembly 2012:  2. Notice of motion M1:  The Assembly resolves that congregations of the UPCSA be excluded from the obligation to change their financial year-end to coincide with the financial year-end of The Assembly and instead be allowed to retain their existing financial year-end, if they so choose. Congregations exercising this option will report on their last financial year-end at whatever date/s required by Presbytery and the General Assembly.  See document below
